Sargent Fitness provides holistic NDIS supports designed to improve independence, wellbeing, and quality of life for participants at all stages of life.

We support children and adults, including individuals living with physical, neurological, or psychosocial challenges. Our approach is practical, respectful, and tailored to each participant’s goals and abilities.

  • Re-establishing daily structure and independence

Support is always delivered at a pace that suits the participant, focusing on progress, dignity, and long-term outcomes.

This can include:

  • Gentle strength and mobility training
  • Seated or modified exercise programs
  • Support to improve balance, coordination, and confidence

  • One-on-one guidance and encouragement

  • Social and emotional skill development

We also proudly support veterans, providing structured, respectful mentoring grounded in understanding and lived experience.
